Responsible for total supply chain operations, 3 European distribution centres with 3 printing operations (Barneveld, Barcelona, Katowice),
and all Outbound transport activities.
Total staff of 140, based in several European countries.

2007 – 2008 : Senior Manager Supply Chain Services EMEA

Management Team position. Representative of the supply chain shared services organisation of EMEA in Amsterdam towards company owned business units (UK and Germany). Area’s involved: procurement, planning &forecasting, store development.
Total staff of 5, all based within the UK and German BU.

Responsible for logistics and distribution worldwide of paint and paint related material. Project team member of re-design of the distribution infrastructure in Europe. Heading the new established Sales & Operations Planning team.

Management Team position. Developing and implementing a distribution infrastructure for the Tops retail chain, a joint venture between Ahold and the Kuok Group
